St.Ephrem’s Basketball Academy (Kerala State Sports Council), Mannanam won the Prestigious Kuriakose Elias Trophy 🏆 at the 18th Kuriakose Elias All Kerala Inter School Basketball Tournament held at KE School, Mannanam from 23rd to 25th Nov 2022. In the Final St.Ephrem’s beat Carmel CMI Public School, Vazhakulam (88 -60).
For St. Ephrem’s Joel Mathew and Vinay Shankar scored 17 points each, Savio George-16, Rinil C K -14 and Adarsh Kappen scored 12 points.
Savio George has adjourned the Best Player of the Tournament. All the top ranked School teams participated and played excellent games in this tournament. The matches between St. Joseph Pulicunnu and GB HSS, Manjeri, St. Joseph Thiruvananthapuram and Carmel Public School in boys section & Mount Carmel Kottayam and SH Thevara in girls section was so exciting and kept spectators on their toes.
Krishna Lal in the NBA India Academy participated successfully in the team efforts.
